    • Technology Providers: Providers of IT hosting, marketing agencies, and our CRM system provider (e.g. Valigara) for managing client relationships and inventory.
  • Legal Authorities: Public bodies, regulators and law enforcement agencies where we are legally obligated to respond to a mandatory legal inquiry.

5. International Transfers

As an international luxury brand, we share your personal data within the JATUAL PARIS Group. This involves transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically to our headquarters in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Since the UAE does not currently benefit from an adequacy decision by the European Commission, we ensure your personal data is protected by requiring all our group companies to follow the same rules when processing your personal data. We rely on specific contracts approved by the European Commission called Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.   • Virtual Try-On Data: This data is typically processed in real-time and is not retained on our servers after the session is complete.
