Misuse of any trademark displayed on the Platforms, or any other content on the Platforms, is strictly prohibited.
Permitted Use
You are authorized to view, play, print, and download documents, audio, and video found on our Platforms for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify any of the materials and you may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or work contained on the Platforms.
4. Sustainability and Product Representations
Product Description
JATUAL PARIS is committed to sustainability and transparency. We specialize in high-jewelry creations featuring laboratory-grown diamonds and securely and transparently sourced gems. While we endeavor to ensure that all information on the Platforms is accurate, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Visual Representation
We have made every effort to display the colors, design, and style of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance of the products you see will depend on your computer monitor or mobile device settings. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color or detail will be accurate. Slight variations, distortions, or differences may be apparent when comparing the digital image to the original product.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platforms for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platforms for any purpose, including but not limited to compiling data to train artificial intelligence systems, without our express written permission.
- Engaging in "screen scraping," "database scraping," or harvesting email addresses, wireless addresses, or other contact or personal information.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Platforms, including by transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature.
- Using the Platforms in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platforms or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Platforms.
6. User Submissions and Unsolicited Communications
Unsolicited Proposals
JATUAL PARIS does not accept or consider unsolicited proposals, creative ideas, suggestions, or materials regarding designs, technologies, or marketing strategies. Any unsolicited communication or material that you transmit to us via the Platforms, by electronic mail or otherwise, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
User Content License
If you post or transmit any content to the Platforms or tag JATUAL PARIS on social media platforms (e.g., photos, feedback, comments), you grant JATUAL PARIS a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; and that use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platforms and the Materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JATUAL PARIS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the functions contained in the Platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platforms or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Materials in the Platforms in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JATUAL PARIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of information available from the Platforms, or any liability relating to any loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits, or lost data, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if JATUAL PARIS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to access the Platforms. We do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our actions.

The Platforms may contain links to websites owned or operated by third parties. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you. JATUAL PARIS does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of such third-party sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by JATUAL PARIS of the site.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Platforms at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.

If you choose to register an account on the Platforms to utilize our services or access specific features, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration forms.
Responsibility for Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities, acts, or omissions that occur under your account or password.
Unauthorized Access
You must notify JATUAL PARIS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. JATUAL PARIS will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use or applicable laws.
12. Pricing, Errors, and Market Fluctuations
Accuracy of Information
While JATUAL PARIS strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may occur. We do not warrant that the pricing, product descriptions, or other content on the Platforms are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Pricing Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, JATUAL PARIS shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, JATUAL PARIS shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We are not obligated to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation.
Market Fluctuations
Please note that the prices of high-jewelry creations, particularly those involving precious metals and gemstones, may be subject to variation based on market fluctuations. JATUAL PARIS reserves the right to modify prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws determined by the entity with which you are contracting:
- For users in the EEA: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bratislava, Slovakia.
- For users outside the EEA: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
14. Changes to These Terms of Use
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting. Any changes are effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platforms following such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
